Terms of service

Who we are

Plevar is sold by Enarten Ltd, 201-202 Rivtaf Complex, Trans Amadi, Port Harcourt ("we"). You are the business that signs up ("you").

The service

Plevar is business software delivered over the internet. We give your business access to the modules in your plan for as long as your subscription is paid.

Trial

The trial lasts 14 days. At the end you can choose a plan or stop. We do not charge for the trial.

Fees and payment

Fees are as shown on the pricing page, in naira, monthly, excluding VAT at 7.5%. You pay by bank transfer against our invoice. Annual billing is 10 months for the price of 12.

Your data

Your data belongs to you. You can export it at any time. We use it only to run the service for you.

Your responsibilities

Keep your sign-in details safe, give access only to people you trust, and use Plevar lawfully. You are responsible for what your users enter.

Ending the agreement

You can stop at any time. We may suspend an account that is unpaid or misused, after notice where we can.
